Capital Campaign
Our mission at the Algonquin Lake in the Hills Interfaith Food Pantry has always been
to provide food for families in need that reside within the boundaries of Algonquin &
Lake in the Hills. With the help of our valuable volunteers we have accomplished this
mission for over eleven years!
As our client base continues to increase, we have been faced with many building
issues. This has led the Board of Directors to explore the possibility of moving to
another facility. Among other things, this will involve the start of a Capital Campaign for
a new building.
We are in the process of compiling hand-outs and planning communications of our
progress as we move forward. Our Capital Campaign can be supported in many
countless ways. We will reach our goal through individual donations, building supply
donations, services contributed by skilled tradesmen and other avenues that are yet to
be established. As we begin this project, we are asking all of our neighbors to reach
out to their family and friends who may be able to help us with this project. We have
so many wonderful people who have helped to make our pantry operate. We know
that with everyone's efforts that we can accomplish a great deal.
